Therefore Serving Smile’s initiative “Say Yes To Beggars And No To Begging” raises concern on the act of begging and providing the solutions revolving around it. The organization thinks about nurturing a person to be self-reliant and not resort to begging or depending on someone else for their livelihood.
People begging on the streets, pavements, railway stations, or markets need to be indulged into skilled labor, vocational workshops, or, sometimes, industrial training so that they can become financially capable.
